
As an Orientation Leader for the College of Business Administration, I guided a group of 20 to 30 incoming freshmen through various orientation events. Through extensive training, I learned how to handle difficult questions, lead with confidence, and address any issues that arose. During orientation, I collaborated with orientation staff and faculty to plan and execute engaging activities and informative sessions for students. I also promoted campus resources and student organizations while offering peer mentorship to help students successfully navigate their first year and adjust to college life.
As a Summer Camp Counselor, I supervised and managed groups of over 20 fourth and fifth graders, prioritizing their safety, engagement, and overall well-being throughout the camp. I assisted in planning and organizing daily activities, ensuring a well-rounded mix of educational, creative, and recreational experiences. I also made sure to constantly be communicating with parents and staff, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly to make sure camp was an enjoyable experience for everyone.



At Dunkin', I not only worked as part of a team but also gained valuable experience in how to be a leader. While preparing and serving food and beverages to company standards, I also made sure to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each guest. I took responsibility for managing inventory, restocking supplies, and operating the POS system, handling cash and credit transactions, and counting the register at opening and closing. Additionally, I trained new employees in food preparation, customer service, and company procedures, while also creating employee schedules. This experience allowed me to develop strong leadership skills and an understanding of management in a fast-paced environment, balancing teamwork with the ability to take initiative and lead by example.
All three of these experiences have taught me valuable lessons in becoming a strong and confident leader. Through them, I've developed essential skills in business operations such as handling various responsibilities, customer service and collaboration, which have all allowed me to effectively lead and work with others in diverse environments.
